श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । सर्वलक्षणसम्पूर्णे वृषे चैव तु यत्फलम् । तदहं सम्प्रवक्ष्यामि शृणुष्व धर्मनन्दन

śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | sarvalakṣaṇasampūrṇe vṛṣe caiva tu yatphalam | tadahaṃ sampravakṣyāmi śṛṇuṣva dharmanandana

Śrī Mārkaṇḍeya sprach: „Die Frucht, die aus dem Freilassen eines Stieres erwächst, der mit allen glückverheißenden Merkmalen versehen ist—die will ich nun verkünden. Höre, o Sohn des Dharma.“
