Transliteration

viśramya ca punargacchedbhārākrānto mahīpatiḥ | sacailaṃ kurute snānaṃ muktvāsthīni pade pade

Translation

Nachdem er geruht hatte, ging der König, vom Gewicht von Mühsal und Askese bedrückt, wieder weiter. Noch in seinen Gewändern vollzog er das rituelle Bad, und Schritt um Schritt ließ er Gebeine zurück.
