न तत्र दृश्यते सूर्यो नाकाशं न च चन्द्रमाः । आग्नेयमस्त्रं व्यसृजद्दानवोऽपि शिवं प्रति
na tatra dṛśyate sūryo nākāśaṃ na ca candramāḥ | āgneyamastraṃ vyasṛjaddānavo'pi śivaṃ prati
Dort war weder die Sonne zu sehen noch der Himmel, ja nicht einmal der Mond. Da schleuderte auch der Dānava die Feuerwaffe (Āgneya-astra) gegen Śiva.
