Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 44
रथं देवमयं कृत्वा तमारूढो जगद्गुरुः । निर्ययौ दानवो यत्र कोपाविष्टो महेश्वरः
rathaṃ devamayaṃ kṛtvā tamārūḍho jagadguruḥ | niryayau dānavo yatra kopāviṣṭo maheśvaraḥ
Nachdem er den Wagen ganz göttlich bereitet hatte, bestieg ihn der Lehrer der Welt. Da zog Mahēśvara, vom Zorn erfüllt, dorthin aus, wo der Dānava war.
