सोऽपि तत्तीर्थमाप्लुत्य गते देवे दिवं प्रति । स्नात्वा जाप्यविधानेन तर्पयित्वा पितॄन् पुनः

Transliteration

so'pi tattīrthamāplutya gate deve divaṃ prati | snātvā jāpyavidhānena tarpayitvā pitṝn punaḥ

Translation

Auch er tauchte in jenes heilige Tīrtha ein; und als der Gott gen Himmel gegangen war, badete er nach der Vorschrift der Japa und brachte den Pitṛs, den Ahnen, erneut Wasserspenden dar.
