Transliteration

paścāttṛtīyādeyaṃ yattatpūrvasyāṃ vivarjayet | vidhānamāsāṃ sarvāsāṃ sāmānyaṃ manasaḥ priye

Translation

Was nach dem dritten Tag zu geben vorgeschrieben ist, soll nicht am vorhergehenden Tag gegeben werden. Dies ist die allgemeine Regel des Verfahrens für alle Monate, o Geliebter meines Herzens.
