Skanda Purana — Avanti Khanda, Shloka 40

अर्थवादभवां शङ्कां विहाय भरतर्षभ । कृत्वा विचारं शास्त्रोक्तं परिकल्प्य यथोचितम्

arthavādabhavāṃ śaṅkāṃ vihāya bharatarṣabha | kṛtvā vicāraṃ śāstroktaṃ parikalpya yathocitam

Gib den Zweifel auf, der daraus entsteht, es für bloßes Lob zu halten, o Stier unter den Bhāratas. Nachdem du gemäß den Śāstras erwogen hast, nimm das Angemessene in rechter Weise an.
