बटुरुवाच । दिनशेषेण चास्माकं पञ्चतां च दिने दिने । निष्पत्तिं याति वा नेति तदसिद्धमशेषतः
baṭuruvāca | dinaśeṣeṇa cāsmākaṃ pañcatāṃ ca dine dine | niṣpattiṃ yāti vā neti tadasiddhamaśeṣataḥ
Der baṭu sprach: „Da vom Tage nur wenig verbleibt und unser Leben von Tag zu Tag ungewiss ist, bleibt völlig ungewiss, ob diese Sache zustande kommt oder nicht.“
