Transliteration

sāmprataṃ śrotumicchāmi prabhāvaṃ śārṅgadhanvanaḥ | tvayānubhūtaṃ viprendra tanme tvaṃ vaktumarhasi

Translation

Nun wünsche ich von der Herrlichkeit dessen zu hören, der Śārṅga führt (Viṣṇu). O Bester der Brāhmaṇas, du hast sie selbst erfahren; darum ziemt es dir, sie mir zu verkünden.
