माण्डव्य उवाच । त्वमस्य जगतो माता जगत्सौभाग्यदेवता । न त्वया रहितं किंचिद्ब्रह्माण्डेऽस्ति वरानने

Transliteration

māṇḍavya uvāca | tvamasya jagato mātā jagatsaubhāgyadevatā | na tvayā rahitaṃ kiṃcidbrahmāṇḍe'sti varānane

Translation

Māṇḍavya sprach: Du bist die Mutter dieser Welt, die Gottheit, die dem Kosmos Glück und Gedeihen schenkt. O Schönangesichtige, im Brahmāṇḍa gibt es nichts, was ohne Dich bestünde.
