Tirtha: Krodha-sthāna (as stated)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Bhṛgu
Scene: Īśvara speaks with firm certainty, indicating a marked spot on the riverbank—perhaps a dark stone, a small shrine, or a boundary line—signifying ‘Krodha-sthāna’; the atmosphere is potent but controlled.
The Lord’s word about a sacred site is definitive; the power and identity of a tīrtha are to be received with faith and attentiveness.
A locale identified as “Krodhasthāna” within the Revā Khaṇḍa’s sacred geography, later connected with Koṭitīrtha/Bhṛgukṣetra in this passage sequence.
No specific rite is prescribed in this verse; it introduces further teaching about the site.
