gajāḥ punaścaiva punaḥ pibanto jagatsamantātparidahyamānam | āpūritaṃ caiva jagatsamantātsarvaiśca tairjagmuradarśanaṃ ca te
Die Elefanten tranken immer wieder und zogen umher, während die Welt ringsum versengt wurde. Und als die Welt von allen Seiten mit Wassern erfüllt war, verschwanden jene Elefanten allesamt aus dem Blick.
