Transliteration

tyaja saumyamidaṃ rūpaṃ sitacandrāṃśunirmalam | rudraṃ rūpaṃ samāsthāya saṃharasva carācaram

Translation

„Lege diese sanfte Gestalt ab, rein wie die Strahlen des weißen Mondes. Nimm die Gestalt Rudras an und löse das Bewegte wie das Unbewegte auf.“
