tasmātsarvaprayatnena sevitavyā saridvarā | vāñchadbhiḥ paramaṃ śreya iha loke paratra ca

Translation

Darum soll mit allem Eifer der beste der Flüsse verehrt und in Dienst genommen werden von denen, die das höchste Heil suchen—hier in dieser Welt und jenseits.
