न सुखं तव गात्रस्य पश्यामि न हि चात्मनः । निद्रा मम शमं याता रतिश्चैव त्वया सह

na sukhaṃ tava gātrasya paśyāmi na hi cātmanaḥ | nidrā mama śamaṃ yātā ratiścaiva tvayā saha

„Ich sehe weder Wohlergehen in deinem Leib noch in mir selbst. Mein Schlaf ist zu Ende gegangen, und auch die Freude mit dir.“
