अन्तराय-उपसर्ग-विवेचनम् / Analysis of Yogic Obstacles (Antarāyas) and Upasargas

युक्ताहारविहारश्च युक्तचेष्टश्च कर्मसु । युक्तनिद्राप्रबोधश्च सर्वायासविवर्जितः

yuktāhāravihāraśca yuktaceṣṭaśca karmasu | yuktanidrāprabodhaśca sarvāyāsavivarjitaḥ

Er ist maßvoll in Speise und Erholung, maßvoll im Einsatz bei der Erfüllung der Pflichten und maßvoll in Schlaf und Wachsein — so bleibt er frei von jeder Ermattung und Unruhe.
