Pañcāvaraṇa-mārga Stotra to Yogeśvara Śiva

It affirms the inseparability of Śiva and Śakti: the bestowal of karma-phala and spiritual attainment operates through divine power (Śakti), so refuge (śaraṇāgati) in the Goddess is essential for grace and progress toward liberation.
Linga-worship in the Shiva Purana is not merely ritual performance; its fruit ripens through Śiva’s grace functioning with Śakti. Thus Saguna worship of Śiva (as Linga) is fulfilled when done with devotion that honors Umā/Śakti as the enabling power.
Practice śaraṇāgati and bhakti alongside Shiva-upāsanā—japa of the Pañcākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") with reverence for Umā-Śakti, and perform worship seeking grace rather than merely results of action.
