Suta Goswami (narrating the Shiva Purana to the sages)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
It highlights Śiva as Īśvara (Pati) who grants enduring authority and blessings—not merely as worldly reward, but as a sign that all powers ultimately rest in His will and grace.
The verse presents Saguna Śiva as the personal Lord who speaks, wills, and bestows boons; such lordship is the devotional basis for worshipping the Liṅga as the living presence of the compassionate Īśvara.
The takeaway is bhakti with surrender—regular japa of the Pañcākṣarī ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") and offering reverence to Śiva as Īśvara, acknowledging that all attainments are sustained by His grace.
