„Du wirst als menschlicher König in der Linie des Cākṣuṣa geboren werden. Du wirst der Enkel des Prācīnabarhis und zugleich der Sohn des Pracetas sein.“
Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Sthala Purana: Genealogical prophecy situates a soul’s embodiment within cosmic administration: kingship and lineage are karmic placements within māyā, not ultimate identity.
Significance: Promotes vairāgya: even royal birth is within pāśa; pilgrimage and Śiva-sevā aim at liberation beyond lineage and status.
It frames birth and kingship as outcomes of karmic order within Shiva’s cosmic governance (Pati), reminding that worldly status is transient and meant to be used for dharma and devotion that lead the soul (paśu) toward liberation.
Though genealogical in tone, it supports the Purāṇic theme that even royal lineages flourish when aligned with Shiva’s will; dharmic rulers are expected to uphold Shaiva rites—honoring Saguna Shiva through Linga worship, temples, and protection of devotees.
The implied takeaway is to live one’s ordained role with Shaiva discipline—daily remembrance of Shiva (japa of the Panchakshara “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and worship according to capacity, so power and lineage become instruments of dharma rather than bondage.
