सतीदेव्याः योगमार्गेण देहत्यागः — Satī’s Yogic Abandonment of the Body

कृत्वासमानावनिलौ प्राणापानौ सितानना । उत्थाप्योदानमथ च यत्नात्सा नाभिचक्रतः

kṛtvāsamānāvanilau prāṇāpānau sitānanā | utthāpyodānamatha ca yatnātsā nābhicakrataḥ

Dann brachte Satī, die Lichtgesichtige, die beiden Lebenswinde — prāṇa und apāna — als samāna ins Gleichgewicht; und mit bedachtem Bemühen hob sie den udāna-vāyu vom Nabelzentrum empor und setzte ihr inneres yogisches Wirken fort.
