कामशापानुग्रहः (Kāmaśāpānugraha) — “The Curse and Grace Concerning Kāma”
त्वत्समं सर्वदेवानां यद्वीर्यं न भविष्यति । ततः स्थानानि सर्वाणि सर्वव्यापी भवांस्ततः
tvatsamaṃ sarvadevānāṃ yadvīryaṃ na bhaviṣyati | tataḥ sthānāni sarvāṇi sarvavyāpī bhavāṃstataḥ
Da unter allen Göttern keiner eine Kraft besitzen wird, die der deinen gleicht, werden darum alle Wohnstätten und alle Stätten von dir durchdrungen sein: du wirst allgegenwärtig werden.

It affirms Shiva’s unsurpassed śakti (vīrya) and his sarvavyāpitva (all-pervasion), guiding the seeker to see all realms and supports as pervaded by Pati (Shiva), the supreme Lord beyond the limited powers of the devas.
The Liṅga is worshipped as the accessible saguna symbol of the very Shiva who pervades all places; by honoring the Liṅga, the devotee learns to recognize Shiva’s presence in every abode and not confine him to a single location.
Practice japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) while contemplating Shiva as sarvavyāpī; accompany worship with Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa as reminders that all spaces and states are pervaded by Shiva.
