सती-शिवचरित्रप्रसङ्गः / The Account of Satī and Śiva’s Divine Conduct

Wie Rede und ihr Sinn untrennbar sind, so sind Śakti und Īśa stets vereint—beide sind reines Bewusstsein. O Weiser, wie könnte in Wahrheit irgendeine wirkliche Trennung zwischen ihnen entstehen?

It teaches that Śiva (Īśa) and Śakti are not two competing realities but one inseparable conscious principle; apparent separation belongs to perception and play (līlā), not to ultimate truth.
Linga-worship honors Śiva as the supreme consciousness, while Śakti is the power through which that consciousness is experienced; thus Saguna devotion naturally includes reverence to Śiva together with His Śakti, not as divided deities.
Meditate on Śiva–Śakti unity while chanting the Panchākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), holding the understanding that mantra (sound) and its meaning—like Śakti and Śiva—are inseparable in true contemplation.
