शिवानुकम्पा, ब्रह्मणो निर्भयत्वं च (Śiva’s Compassion and Brahmā’s Fearlessness)
रुद्र उवाच । ब्रह्मन् तात प्रसन्नोहं निर्भयस्त्वं भवाधुना । स्वशीर्षं स्पृश हस्तेन मदाज्ञां कुर्वसंशयम्
rudra uvāca | brahman tāta prasannohaṃ nirbhayastvaṃ bhavādhunā | svaśīrṣaṃ spṛśa hastena madājñāṃ kurvasaṃśayam
Rudra sagte: „O Brahmā, mein Lieber, ich bin zufrieden mit dir. Nun sei frei von Furcht. Berühre dein eigenes Haupt mit deiner Hand und führe Meinen Befehl ohne jeden Zweifel aus.“
