It affirms Parvati as Ādyā-Śakti—the primordial divine power—through whom the cosmos is manifested, while remaining inseparably united with Śiva; devotion to Shiva-Shakti is presented as a complete path of grace and liberation in Shaiva understanding.
In Linga worship, Śiva is adored as the supreme Lord (Pati) and Parvati as His ever-present power (Śakti); this verse supports Saguna devotion by honoring the divine couple as the accessible, worship-worthy form through whom blessings and spiritual fulfillment arise.
Practice Shiva-Shakti bhakti: worship the Śiva-liṅga with devotion while mentally offering reverence to Devī as Ādyā-Śakti, and accompany it with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") as a steady daily discipline.
