मङ्गलपत्रिकाग्रहणम् — Reception of the Auspicious Marriage Invitation

त्वमागतः परप्रीत्या प्रशंसंस्त्वं विधिम्परम् । प्रणमंश्च नतस्कन्धो विनीतात्मा कृताञ्जलिः

tvamāgataḥ paraprītyā praśaṃsaṃstvaṃ vidhimparam | praṇamaṃśca nataskandho vinītātmā kṛtāñjaliḥ

Du bist in höchster Hingabe gekommen und preist die erhabene Satzung des Dharma. Dich verneigend, die Schultern in Demut gesenkt, innerlich gezügelt und mit gefalteten Händen, stehst du in ehrfürchtiger Ergebung.
