Puruṣa–Prakṛti Analysis in Advaita Śaiva Doctrine

Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Type: stotra
Role: creative
Cosmic Event: cosmogony (Śiva as source of the triad)
It declares Shiva as the supreme Pati (Lord): omniscient, the inner cause of all action, and transcendent to the guṇas—pointing the seeker toward liberation through recognizing Shiva as the ultimate reality (sat-cit-ānanda).
Though Shiva is described as nirguṇa (beyond qualities), the Linga serves as the saguna support for devotion and meditation, enabling the mind to approach the transcendent Sarveśvara through a sacred form.
Meditate on Shiva as “sat-cit-ānanda” while repeating the Panchākṣarī mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and cultivate inner detachment from the three guṇas as an aid to moksha-oriented worship.
