अभि सोमास आयवः पवन्ते मद्यं मदम् । अभि कोशं मधुश्चुतम् ॥

Transliteration

abhí somāsa āyávaḥ pávante mádyaṃ mádam | abhí kóśaṃ madhuścútam ||

Translation

Die Somas, die strebenden Mächte, läutern sich und strömen hin zum trinkbaren Rausch, zur heiligen Wonne; sie strömen hin zum Gefäß, das Honig träufelt – zum Herzensbecher der Freude.
