सखाय आ नि षीदत पुनानाय प्र गायत । शिशुं न यज्ञैः परि भूषत श्रिये ॥
Transliteration
sákhāya ā́ ní ṣīdata punānā́ya prá gāyata | śíśuṃ ná yajñáir pári bhūṣata śríye ||
Translation
O Gefährten, setzt euch hier nieder und singt dem Selbstreinigenden zu. Schmückt ihn mit den Werken des Opfers, wie man ein Kind schmückt — damit der Glanz wachse.
