तं त्वा यज्ञेभिरीमहे तं गीर्भिर्गिर्वणस्तम । इन्द्र यथा चिदाविथ वाजेषु पुरुमाय्यम् ॥
Transliteration
táṃ tvā yájñebhir īmahe táṃ gīrbhír girvaṇastama | índra yáthā cid ā́vitha vā́jeṣu puru-mā́yyam ||
Translation
Dich suchen wir mit Opfern, dich mit Hymnen, o Indra, der du am willigsten den Gesang annimmst; wie du einst geholfen hast, so hilf auch jetzt in der Fülle der Kraft — o du von mannigfach wirksamer Macht.
