Sukta 7.26
चकार ता कृणवन्नूनमन्या यानि ब्रुवन्ति वेधसः सुतेषु । जनीरिव पतिरेकः समानो नि मामृजे पुर इन्द्रः सु सर्वाः ॥
cakā́ra tā́ kṛṇávannūnám anyā́ yā́ni bruvánti vedhásaḥ sutéṣu | janī́r iva pátir ékaḥ samānáḥ ní māmṛje púra índraḥ sú sárvāḥ ||
Dies hat er getan; und auch jetzt wird er die anderen Taten vollbringen, von denen die inspirierten Seher bei dem gepressten Soma sprechen. Wie ein einziger Gatte unter den Frauen, derselbe eine Herr, hat Indra alle umschließenden Fronten weggewischt und niedergebrochen.
