Sukta 7.16

Rishi: Vasiṣṭha (Vasiṣṭha family, Mandala 7)
Devata: Agni (as draviṇodāḥ; possibly also applicable to a general ‘deva’ benefactor within Agni-hymn context)
Chandas: Triṣṭubh (probable for RV 7.16; verse-level meter not exhaustively verified here)

देवो वो द्रविणोदाः पूर्णां विवष्ट्यासिचम् । उद्वा सिञ्चध्वमुप वा पृणध्वमादिद्वो देव ओहते ॥

devó vo draviṇodā́ḥ pūrṇā́ṃ viváṣṭy āsícām | úd vā siñcadhvam úpa vā pṛṇadhvam ā́did vo devá ohate ||

Der Gott, der Spender der Habe, hat euch das volle Gefäß geöffnet. Gießt es nach oben aus, oder füllt es noch mehr: dann wahrlich trägt euch der Gott voran — er führt euer Werden zur Fülle.
