स पत्यत उभयोर्नृम्णमयोर्यदी वेधसः समिथे हवन्ते । वृत्रे वा महो नृवति क्षये वा व्यचस्वन्ता यदि वितन्तसैते ॥

sá patyate ubháyor nṛmṇám ayór yádī vedhásaḥ samithé hávante | vṛtré vā mahó nṛvátī kṣáye vā vyácasvantā yádi vitántasaite ||

Er wird Herr der Menschenkraft beider Seiten, wenn die weisen Anrufer ihn im Kampf herbeirufen. Sei es gegen Vṛtra oder um großen Zuwachs im männerreichen Haus: wenn die Weitreichenden sich ausbreiten, setzt er sich durch.
