ये अग्ने चन्द्र ते गिरः शुम्भन्त्यश्वराधसः । शुष्मेभिः शुष्मिणो नरो दिवश्चिद्येषां बृहत्सुकीर्तिर्बोधति त्मना ॥
Transliteration
yé agne candra té gíraḥ śumbhánty áśva-rādhasaḥ | śúṣmebhiḥ śuṣmíṇo náro diváś cid yéṣāṃ bṛhát-su-kīrtír bódhati tmánā ||
Translation
Jene, o Agni, deren helle Worte dich schmücken — reich an schnellen Kräften —, jene kraftvollen Männer erwecken durch ihre Macht aus sich selbst einen weiten und edlen Ruhm, gleichsam vom Himmel her.
