Transliteration

samú pra yánti dhītáyaḥ sárgāso’vatā́m iva | krátuṃ naḥ soma jīváse ví vo máde dhāráyā camasā́m iva vivákṣase ||

Translation

Zusammen strömen und schreiten voran die Eingebungen, wie schnelle Bäche, die von den Höhen herabfließen. O Soma, zu unserem Leben hin setze in uns krátu, die Kraft des bewussten Willens; in deiner Wonne gieße sie aus und lasse sie in uns wachsen, wie man die Tränke in die Opferbecher gießt.
