अस्मे ता त इन्द्र सन्तु सत्याहिंसन्तीरुपस्पृशः । विद्याम यासां भुजो धेनूनां न वज्रिवः ॥

Transliteration

asmè tā́ ta indra santu satyā́ ahiṃsantīr upaspṛ́śaḥ | vidyā́ma yā́sāṃ bhújo dhenūnā́ṃ na vajrivaḥ ||

Translation

Mögen jene deine Stützen in uns sein, o Indra – wahrhaftig, nicht verletzend, nahe berührend. Mögen wir ihren Genuss und Gebrauch erkennen, wie man das Melken der lichtvollen Kühe kennt, o Vajrin (Donnerkeilträger).
