युवमेतानि दिवि रोचनान्यग्निश्च सोम सक्रतू अधत्तम् । युवं सिन्धूँरभिशस्तेरवद्यादग्नीषोमावमुञ्चतं गृभीतान् ॥
yuvám etā́ni diví rocanā́ny agníś ca soma sákratū adhattam | yuváṃ síndhūn abhíśaster avadyā́d agnī́ṣomā́v amuñcataṃ gṛbhītā́n ||
Ihr beide habt diese leuchtenden Räume im Himmel eingesetzt — Agni und Soma, stark an Willenskraft. Ihr habt die Ströme freigelassen, die vom Fluch des feindlichen Wortes festgehalten waren; o Agni und Soma, ihr habt befreit, was ergriffen war.
