ऋचो अक्षरे परमे व्योमन्यस्मिन्देवा अधि विश्वे निषेदुः । यस्तन्न वेद किमृचा करिष्यति य इत्तद्विदुस्त इमे समासते ॥
Transliteration
ṛcó akṣáre paramé vyòmani yásmin devā́ ádhi víśve niṣedúḥ | yás tán na véda kím ṛcā́ kariṣyati yá ít tád vidús tá imé samā́sate ||
Translation
Die ṛc ist im Unvergänglichen (akṣara) gegründet, im höchsten weiten Raum (parame vyoman), wo alle Götter ihren Sitz genommen haben. Wer Das nicht weiß — was wird er mit dem Hymnus ausrichten? Die aber, die Das wissen, sind hier versammelt, in wahrer Übereinstimmung des Seins.
