Sarga 95: Lamentation in Laṅkā and the Causal Chain of Enmity

सुकुमारंमहासत्त्वंसर्वभूतहितेरतम् ।तंदृष्टवालोकनिन्द्यासाहीनरूपाप्रकामिता ।।।।

sukumāraṃ mahāsattvaṃ sarvabhūtahite ratam | taṃ dṛṣṭvā lokanindyā sā hīnarūpā prakāmitā ||

Als sie ihn sah — sanft, von großer Seelenkraft und dem Wohl aller Wesen zugetan — entbrannte jene hässliche, von der Welt geschmähte Frau in Begierde.
