Da kam der heldenhafte Lakṣmaṇa zum großherzigen Rāghava und berichtete—mit einer Stimme, als sei sie von Erschöpfung gepresst—von der schrecklichen Tötung Indrajits.
Then Saumithri, freed from arrows, relieved from pain, anguish gone in a moment, and naturally restored, was happy.
Satya (truthful reporting) as dharma: Lakṣmaṇa promptly communicates the battlefield outcome to the rightful leader, despite fatigue, ensuring decisions rest on accurate truth.
Immediately after the fierce combat, Lakṣmaṇa reaches Rāma and announces that Indrajit has been slain.
Steadfast duty under strain—Lakṣmaṇa’s commitment to truth and responsibility even when exhausted.
