सुदीर्घकालंतौवीरावन्योन्यनिशितैःशरैः ।ततक्षतुर्महात्मानौरणकर्मविहारदौ ।।6.89.24।।

Transliteration

sudīrghakālaṃ tau vīrāv anyonyaniśitaiḥ śaraiḥ | tatakṣatur mahātmānau raṇakarmavihāradau ||6.89.24||

Translation

Eine sehr lange Zeit lang verletzten sich diese beiden Helden – großmütig und geschickt in den Kriegskünsten – gegenseitig mit scharfen Pfeilen.
