त्रिशिरा-प्रबोधनम् तथा नरान्तक-वधः
Trisira’s Counsel and the Slaying of Naranthaka
सिंहनादान्विनेदुश्चरणेराक्षसवानराः ।शिलाभिश्चूर्णयामासुर्यातुधानान् प्लवङ्गमाः ।।।।
siṃha-nādān vineduś ca raṇeṣu rākṣasa-vānarāḥ |
śilābhiś cūrṇayāmāsur yātudhānān plavaṅgamāḥ ||
Über das ganze Schlachtfeld erschallten die Rākṣasas und Vānaras mit löwengleichem Gebrüll; und die Affen zermalmten die Yātudhānas mit Steinen.
The Rakshasas and Vanaras enthusiastic in the battlefield roared like lion. The Vanaras pounded the Rakshasas with rocks.
Dharma is framed as righteous struggle against adharma: the battle-cries and counterattacks underscore resolve to defeat oppression and restore moral order.
