Kumbhakarna’s Departure for Battle
गर्जन्ति न वृथाशूरानिर्जलाइवतोयदाः ।पश्यसम्पद्यमानंतुगर्जितंयुधिकर्मणा ।।।।
garjanti na vṛthā śūrā nirjalā iva toyadāḥ | paśya sampadyamānaṃ tu garjitaṃ yudhi karmaṇā ||
Helden brüllen nicht vergebens, wie wasserlose Wolken; sieh: Mein Brüllen wird im Kampf durch Taten bewahrheitet.
"Warriors will not roar wastefully like waterless clouds. You will see me roaring after having completed the action."
