Transliteration

rāmavākyam upaśrutya harayo jitakāśinaḥ |

pādapair ardayan vīrā vānarāḥ paravāhinīm ||6.61.39||

Translation

Als sie Rāmas Befehl vernahmen, begannen die vānara-Helden, siegesbegierig, das feindliche Heer zu zermalmen und es mit Bäumen zu schlagen.
