तत्रकोपान्महेन्द्रस्यकुम्भकर्णोमहाबलः ।विकृष्यैरावताद्धन्तंजघानोरसिवासवम् ।।6.61.17।।

Transliteration

tatra kopān mahendrasya kumbhakarṇo mahābalaḥ |

vikṛṣyairāvatād dantaṃ jaghānorasi vāsavam ||6.61.17||

Translation

Daraufhin riss der überaus starke Kumbhakarṇa, im Zorn gegen Mahendra, einen Stoßzahn von Airāvata heraus und schlug Vāsava (Indra) auf die Brust.
