Rāvaṇa’s Assault on Nīla and Lakṣmaṇa; Hanumān Bears Rāma
सङ्ग्रामेतंतथादृष्टवारावणंतलताडितम् ।।6.59.63।।ऋषयोवानराःसिद्धानेदुर्देवास्सहासुरैः ।
saṅgrāme taṃ tathā dṛṣṭvā rāvaṇaṃ tala-tāḍitam | ṛṣayo vānarāḥ siddhā nedur devāḥ sahāsuraiḥ ||6.59.63||
Als man auf dem Schlachtfeld sah, wie Rāvaṇa so von einem Handflächenschlag getroffen wurde, riefen die Ṛṣis, die Vānaras und die Siddhas auf; ja selbst die Devas erhoben mit den Asuras ihre Stimmen.
Ravana hit by hand in that way in a hard manner, the siddhas, demons as well and even Devatas raised their voice.
Dharma is portrayed as a cosmic concern: beings across realms observe and respond when injustice is checked. The moral order is not merely human but universal in scope.
Multiple classes of beings witness Hanumān’s blow against Rāvaṇa and react vocally to the dramatic reversal.
Hanumān’s heroic efficacy—his action becomes significant enough to draw attention from sages and celestial beings.
