Unter den Helden der Devas und Dānavas fände sich keine solche Gestalt; so ist die flammende Statur, die in diesem Herrn der Rākṣasas erstrahlt.
Among the Devas and Danavas such brilliance is not there. He shines so brightly.
The verse reinforces that extraordinary power can exist even in adharma-aligned figures; dharma is measured by conduct and truth (satya), not by brilliance or dominance.
Rāma remarks that even divine and demonic champions do not display such a formidable appearance as Rāvaṇa does now.
Rāma’s realism and restraint: he acknowledges the enemy’s exceptional might while remaining anchored in righteous duty.
