युद्धकाण्डे एकोनषष्टितमः सर्गः

Rāvaṇa’s Assault on Nīla and Lakṣmaṇa; Hanumān Bears Rāma

शक्त्याब्राह्म्याहिसौमित्रिस्ताडितास्तुस्तनान्तरे ।विष्णोरचिन्यन्त्यंस्वंभागमात्मानंप्रत्यनुस्मरत् ।।6.59.112।।

śaktyā brāhmyā hi saumitris tāḍitās tu stanāntare |

viṣṇor acintyantyaṃ svaṃ bhāgam ātmānaṃ pratyanusmarat ||6.59.112||

Denn Saumitri erinnerte sich, obwohl er mitten in die Brust von dem durch Brahmā ermächtigten Speer getroffen wurde, in seinem Inneren an seinen eigenen Anteil – einen unvorstellbaren Teil – von Viṣṇu.
