लङ्काद्वारव्यूहवर्णनम् / Disposition at the Gates of Lanka
अत्रमन्युर्नकर्तव्योरोषयेत्वांनभीषये ।।।।समर्थोह्यसिवीर्येणसुराणामपिनिग्रहे ।
atra manyur na kartavyo roṣayet tvāṃ na bhīṣaye | samartho hy asi vīryeṇa surāṇām api nigrahe |
„In dieser Sache sollst du dem Zorn nicht nachgeben. Ich spreche nicht, um dich zu reizen oder zu erschrecken; denn durch deine Tapferkeit vermagst du selbst die Götter zu bezwingen.“
"Here, in this case do not be angry. I am telling out of my duty and not out of indignation or to cause anger or fear in you. You are capable of resisting even Devatas."
