शुकवाक्यं (Śuka’s Report on the Vānara Host) / Śuka Describes the Allied Forces to Rāvaṇa

ब्राह्मणासममज्ञातावमृतप्राशिनापुभौ ।आशंसेतेयुथालङ्कामेतौमर्दितुमोजसा ।।6.28.7।।

brāhmaṇā samam anu-jñātāv amṛta-prāśinau ubhau |

āśaṃsete yūthā laṅkām etau marditum ojasā ||6.28.7||

Mit Brahmās Erlaubnis haben beide Amṛta, den Nektar der Unsterblichkeit, getrunken; als Anführer der Scharen hoffen sie, Laṅkā durch die bloße Kraft ihrer Stärke zu zermalmen.
