इन्द्रवरदानम् / Indra Grants Boons: Restoration of the Vanara Host

विक्रान्ताश्चापिशूराश्च न मृत्युंगणयन्ति च ।कृतयत्नाविपन्नाश्चजीवयैनान् पुरन्दर ।।।।

vikrāntāś cāpi śūrāś ca na mṛtyuṃ gaṇayanti ca |

kṛtayatnā vipannāś ca jīvayainān purandara ||

Sie waren kühn und heldenhaft und rechneten nicht mit dem Tod. Nachdem sie sich bis zum Äußersten bemüht hatten, fielen sie ins Unheil; o Purandara, erwecke sie wieder zum Leben.
